I am not sure what's better, the app or the customer service! I would leave 100 stars if I could. After days and days of searching for an app to perform according to my needs (a complex inventory, conditional logic, several options for price adjustment, etc) I found this one and it does it all! I have had several questions and help requests and the team at DPO has been outstanding. They have gone above and beyond and even offered to check that the app was integrated properly into my theme. Exceptional customer service. The app has a basic interface but handles complex situations beautifully -- and you will appreciate its simplicity. Thank you DPO -- I am so grateful I found your app!

I've never left a review for an app but this one is well earned and deserved. I was looking for an app that could adjust the price of an item based on multiple factors and this did the job exactly as I envisioned! For example, I wanted a way for customers to fill a popcorn tin with 1, 2 or 3 flavors. Roman designed it so that if the customer selects 3 flavors then just the options for 3 flavors is revealed and the customer must choose exactly 3 to move on. This works perfectly! Going even further, you can have a more complex price matrix. For this I was able to build a single item "create your own popcorn sampler box". Customers can select a box size (A,B,C) and a bag size (1,2,3,4). With the 3 box sizes and 4 bag sizes I made 12 option lists and set a rule for when they appear (A&1 must both be selected and so on). Each option list can have an exact number of items required. Again this works perfectly! To top it all off, Roman added some custom CSS to make it look great too. If you are doing everything yourself there is a very detailed user guide to take you step by step through anything you need to do within the app. I highly recommend Dynamic Product Options by Itoris for your Shopify store!

If you need to configure your site to offer variants as individual/separate products that can be inventory tracked separately, this is the app for you. We tried 15 different apps before finding this one. Most 'bundling' apps don't allow you to 'bundle' individual products without some form of published discount. The support from these guys is second to none. They have been very responsive replying within the day and they have been able to offer recommendations for how to enact features of the app that weren't obvious to us as new users. There's a reason why they only have 5 star reviews. Thanks for providing a great app with great service

The interface took a day or so to understand and get the hang of. I have a large catalog with a lot of products with complex options. I needed an app that would be able to apply options conditionally at the variant level, and be compatible with the Downpay app. This one actually was able to accomplish all of the above and looks seamless on my site. The Shopify 2.0 integration also means it loads faster than my old app (Advanced Product Options). Roman was incredibly helpful with the setup, adding code to the template to be sure it works as I need it to. Very happy!

This app is a hidden gem!! We searched for over 2 years to find a variant app that would fit our needs as we sell semi-custom products and need expansive variant support that Shopify (nor any other app) has been able to fulfill! We just happened to stumble upon DPO (as it is not one of the usually mentioned suspects when looking for a variant app)!! Our biggest reason for choosing this app - it won't leave you chasing customers after they have deleted their paid add-on from their cart like other well-touted options apps will, and we have stayed (and likely won't ever leave) because this app has all the bells and whistles...if you can think of it, I bet this app will do it...and a great support team too! You may need a little time to get this app set up as there are a lot of options, but they do provide good documentation, and it works great, on most themes, right out of the box! Even when we moved to an EXTREMELY complex theme, their support team worked tirelessly to custom-fit the application into our new theme, and got all of our options looking fantastic again!! Highly recommend if you have been searching for a variant app to give DPO a try...affordable, has lots of options, and has a support team that is persistent and will get the problem resolved when one arises!!

I've been using this app for over two years now. While it does have a steep learning curve, the help section is very good to explain what the different things do. Once you get used to it, it works like a charm. I've only had a few issues, but the support team was quick to help. I can definitely recommend this app!
