Dear Alibaba Dropshipping Are you still working? A huge amount of feedback I and questions I have read here seisa and all of them unanswered. I like the idea. But there are problems with the execution of orders, unfortunately.

My Dropshipping-Alibaba official App is not updated so I am not able to countinue my business activity, please update it as soon as possible

this is useless... sku's constantly needing to be mapped... constant product discontinuing... not easy to map products and sometimes the only option is to delete the product and get another of the same then only to a few days later drop off again... horrible and a waste of time with slow customer service also alibaba know that us sellers kinda need to use them and there is always another seller inline so they dont GAF

The product they show you is not exactly what they have for to sync to your store for sale, you need to go to many different vendors and the shipping is crazy, when you order you have so many complications just to place an order and it do not synchronize your customer information onto their page.

UPDATE THE APP AS SOON AS POSSIBEL, because it's ruining my business, all of my suppliers out there and don't want to loose them, NEVER, But i love the app anyways, easy to use, Still could it be more improved anyways UPDATE THE APP...

Big s… show, importing products to your store takes ages and in 98% of cases it does not even work.

TLDR Absolutely awful, stay away from Alibaba. I recently opened a Shopify online store and populated the inventory with Alibaba products for pets. As a test, I ordered 2 black hoodies for my own dogs with the word "SECURITY" across the back and used the available size chart to make sure the size was right. A month later I receive 2 tiny, bright red t-shirts with the number 11 inexplicably on the back. These things weren't anywhere close to what I ordered, were ridiculously cheap quality and were so small I would be surprised if they fit a kitten. It's obvious that whoever fulfilled the order just grabbed whatever was in some bin and sent it off with no care at all regarding what I actually ordered or was sent. I will not use such an incompetent service for my store and as such, I have removed every one of their products from my inventory. Save yourself some time and stay away from Alibaba as your dropshipping supplier.

The selection of products is good. Unfortunately, the menu navigation is extremely poor. I would like to see an update here. It's just too opaque. Therefore 2 stars.
