The main developer Axel is super helpful and responsive. Honestly this app is a must have for our store, a lot of our now seemly straightforward workflows would be broken without it. Highly recommend!

I am so glad to have found the Draft Order Helper app! It's allowing us to add a note field to each item when creating the order via draft orders. The developer’s support response is excellent — when I reached out for help with adding the note field to the packing slip, they quickly provided a code snippet that solved the issue. Having this note field on the order and packing list is making our order processing and picking so much more efficient. The app has definitely solved a problem for a very reasonable cost!

We were looking to leverage Shopify Draft Order for B2C for a special use case around price adjustments without the need to utilize discount codes or custom products; Draftable gave us the ability to not only adjust prices, but also set note attributes to drive our 3rd party invoice email delivery dates. Axel at Draftable has been extremely responsive when inquiring via email, in addition to developing new features to meet out business needs.

The thing I love most about working with small developers is their willingness to adapt and evolve. Axel has been amazing at adding and adjusting features for our use case. It just keeps getting better and better.

Aside from selling our products in our webshop Cloverliving.com, we also have some products listed on a local marketplace bol.com. At the moment we don't have an integration yet and are selling some products at a higher price on the marketplace. As Shopify is not offering any opportunities for manually overriding a Shopify price to a higher price, I installed this app based on the good reviews. I'm more than happy, how easy it was to override and increase our bol.com order when manually creating the order in our Shopify environment. Highly recommendable!

Simply awesome app that lets us manage and edit draft orders so we can use them to help grow our business. Superior support with fast responses and quick turn around - we didn't have a problem but had a feature suggestion and they were able to add this very useful addition for us in under 24 hours.

I am very grateful for this app! I needed a simple way to add my own notes to orders and have it show up on invoices and this app makes it easy to do so. It even comes with other features and this app is only $7 a month. Seeing how Shopify requires a lot of additional apps, it was really nice to see one at an affordable price. I even reached out to the developers and they got back to me that day and helped me out. I highly recommend this app!

This app not only was a huge help for my orders (the line item properties is the primary feature we use). Not only is the App great, Axel is amazingly supportive. His onboarding provides coding to help apply this to invoices and he was able to help me solve an additional problem when my order printer program wasn't reflecting the coding correctly.
