App works great. There was an issue at first, when an item had multiple variants and box options. The app was quick to work on a fix and got back to me very quickly and had the app fixed. They also confirmed other questions about how the app would work with our internal processes. They did the research to confirm it would work, and it does work great for us. We use Draft Orders a lot, but the issue was the inventory still showed on hand, which led to over-selling. This app has been a great answer for that. Highly recommend the app, especially with the quality service they provide.

The Bulk of our sales are custom made to order items. this app allows us to charge and sell with accurate item description and price! 99.99% of the time it works all the time! but for that 00.98% that it doesn't, their tech support team is fast to respond and help!

I am so glad to have found the Draft Order Helper app! It's allowing us to add a note field to each item when creating the order via draft orders. The developer’s support response is excellent — when I reached out for help with adding the note field to the packing slip, they quickly provided a code snippet that solved the issue. Having this note field on the order and packing list is making our order processing and picking so much more efficient. The app has definitely solved a problem for a very reasonable cost!
