Top App, hilft bei höherem Versandaufkommen enorm, um Zeit zu sparen. Schätze es auch sehr, dass man damit Lieferscheine, Packscheine und Rechnungen generieren kann. Damit quasi eine super All-in-One-Lösung. Der Support ist ebenfalls super - zwar etwas wortkarg, aber sehr lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit.

Kein Support vorhanden. Ich habe seit Wochen keine Antwort erhalten. Internationale Sendungen an Drittländer funktionieren nicht, obwohl die per DPD möglich sind. EDIT: Als Antwort an die Rückmeldung. Ich wurde nicht kontaktiert, sondern musste erst selbst Kontakt aufnehmen, nur um dann einen Einzeiler zu bekommen. Zitiere: "Die DPD-API erlaubt leider keinen Versand in Drittländer." Danke dafür. Bleibe bei SimpleSell

Für das das man die app Bezahlt ist der support unterirdisch schlecht. Seit Tagen versuche ich die app von Englisch auf Deutsch umzustellen aber vom support kommen nur nicht nachvollziehbare Anweisungen wie zum Beispiel ''schau mal unter About'' oder ''Schau mal links in der Navigation''. Das ist kein support! Update: Support hat sich Intensiver und Zielorientierte um mein Anliegen gekümmert: Sprache kann nur über die Smartphone app umgestellt werden nicht über den Browser auf dem LapTop.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Schnittstelle zu DPD und sind mit dieser App nun sehr zufrieden. Sie erlaubt uns automatisiert Picklisten, Packlisten und Versandlabels auszudrucken und spart uns einen zusätzlichen Staff-Account für unsere Versandmitarbeiterin. Der Kundenservice ist außerdem wirklich sehr hilfreich und kompetent - absolute Empfehlung!

Gelegentlich lassen sich Etiketten nicht erstellen, weil die Adresse nicht angenommen wird oder eine Fehlermeldung ergibt, obwohl sie stimmen. Im direkten DPD Tool gehen diese jedoch. Auch bei Fragen dauert die Antwort oftmals sehr lang bzw. ergibt keine Lösung. Das Tracking innerhalb von easy DPD ist sehr schlecht. Man ist gezwungen die Trackingnummer zu kopieren um direkt bei DPD einzugeben. Für eine kostenpflichtige APP ist das alles eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.

Macht was es tun soll. Mehr auch nicht. Sendungen in die Schweiz müssen direkt über das myDPD Portal angelegt werden. Da hier keine Zollinformationen weitergegeben werden. Der Kundenservice ist ein Witz und muss dringend überdacht werden.

Schneller, freundlicher und kompetenter Service wenn man mal ein Problem hat. Die App selbst erspart viel Arbeit, einfach Bestellungen auswählen und eine Packliste und die fertigen Etiketten werden erzeugt. Spart viel Arbeitszeit.
