bei uns wird immer angezeigt dass wir den Firmennamen ausfüllen sollen bei einer Hulk Ausführung das ist sehr anstrengend, da die Namen alle korrekt sind

Ich zahle für „Premium Plus“ monatlich 99 US-Dollar, und trotzdem kann ich schon wieder kein DPD-Versandlabel drucken. Das ist dieses Jahr bereits das dritte Mal, dass dieses Problem auftritt. Für einen bezahlten Premium-Tarif ist das absolut inakzeptabel und kostet mich Zeit, Geld und Nerven. Zusätzlich ist völlig unklar, an wen man sich bei solchen Ausfällen überhaupt wenden soll. Bitte verbessert die Stabilität der DPD-Anbindung und macht den Support/Ansprechpartner klar sichtbar.

Versenden viel darüber - Gerne etwas enticklen für Bestellungen die mehrere Pakete beinhalten, hier muss immernoch alles händisch gemacht werden.

Die beste Ergänzung für Shopify, die es gibt! Die Erstellung der Paketmarken dauert nur noch wenige Sekunden - auch bei hunderten offenen Bestellungen, das spart Geld & Zeit. Mühevoll erstellte Picklisten für die Artikel werden automatisch erstellt. Kunde wird sofort benachrichtigt - alles läuft automatisiert. Sollte man Fragen haben, ist auch der Support echt flott (Danke an Stefan & Dieter)

Die App an sich ist gut, leider sind in der App neue Adressen wie zb. neubau Gebiet nicht vorhanden die App sollte ein Update per Google Maps öffter machen. Was auch sehr verwirrend ist das die Kunden bei der Adressen Angabe noch das Feld „Wohnung, Zimmer, usw. (optional)“ haben = und viele Kunden verstehen es nicht und geben nochmal die Haus Nr. dort an, dann heißt Lieferadresse = Hecken Straße 12-12 Ich wurde das Feld als „Zusätzliche Angaben“ benennen das wurde super.

Finger weg von dieser App und "Team". Als unser Dev eine Kritik abgegeben hatte nachdem ihm nach etlichen Kontaktversuchen nicht weitergeholfen wurde teilt man uns in einem Supportfall mit, dass man unsere Anfrage nicht priorisiert bearbeiten könne, da wir eine schlechte Bewertung geschrieben hätte. Darüber hinaus ist fachlich leider totale Überforderung angesagt.
