hey , i just added what i have to add in my store , but the currency converter dosen't work ! i tried to enter my website and it stills "$" , i live in israel !

easily the best currency converter i have seen for Shopify stores, i needed help setting it up and one quick email to their support was all it took to have my store up and running, if i could give more than 5 stars i would, excellent service.

While the app mostly seems to work, the prices within the cart page do not convert. We're on the paid plan and have tried to get in touch with the team multiple times, but they have never responded to resolve this issue. We are considering switching to another app if we can't get this key feature to work. So due to the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend them at this time.

Thankful for the existence of this APP. My country does not support Shopify Pay Method... Now it does =)

Very efficient, but I would appreciate more high-quality pictures of the flags. Everything else is very good.

I am happy with the app plus I am ecstatic to get a free plan to work with the app without spending a single cent to work and later to upgrade is amazing opportunity any business owner should consider having the app.

Very simple app to use. The installation required little time and no specific technical-IT requirements. The free version of the App already does a lot, but 10 dollars a month is money well spent when you want to start doing business abroad! For now the App is not being used to its full potential, if I ever have problems, I will write a corrective comment in some time.

I would like to request a modification to the checkout process to display the amount in the customer's home currency rather than US dollars. This adjustment would enhance the user experience and provide greater convenience for our customers.

Hey Problems with "starting with..." in case one of the variant is different It gives the cheap price

The app is great and easy I downloaded it ten days ago on a paid plan, but it is work very well make my store better

It is great application that make my live easier, by decreasing the number of questions from our customers on the exchange rate and the price in their local currencies. Also it helps the customers in taking decisions and increase our sales.

I will for sure recommend this app to someone, especially those who are still coming up in business, is the best way to start as a beginner in business. Thank you so very much for allowing us to drive along with you guys

Muito bom, recomendo exclusivamente pra (quem pode ativar o shopify payments). Se sua loja não trabalha dentro da lista de países autorizados do shopify não perca seu tempo, pois o Shopify ***não disponibiliza conversão de valores no checkout e então será cobrado do cliente não o valor convertido na moeda local mas sim o numero do preço da moeda da loja na moeda local sem converção! -.-.

It is great application, helps my customers to check the prices of the products based on their local currencies.

I have recently downloaded it and so far I am super happy. The converstions work super quickly and is displayed nicely on my store. The support team were super helpful, shoutout to Vlad for the assistance!

The app does not display our currency in a grammatically correct way. I asked support to update it and referred to a respected source (European Union portal) and the answer was: "I'm sorry but this is simply how we decided to display the Lev symbol ever since we launched the app. Everyone that has our app installed is seeing it without the dot and you can see it displayed the same even on our online demo store: https://doubly-2.myshopify.com. However if you find this situation to be negatively affecting your store, then I have to say that we understand if you decide to uninstall our app and try a different converter." So yeah, basically do not expect any support or professionalism - it is what it is.
