After searching for months for a donation app that would fit out needs, I came across DonateMate. It was very easy to install and integrate on our POS, but the best part was how user friendly it was on the POS for my staff to use. We are a museum and our staff is not the most computer savvy, so finding something that was easy and stress free for them to use was amazing. Thanks, Ben, for a great and thoughtful product.

Right from the start before we even downloaded the app Ben has been so extremely helpful with all of our questions and dev needs. He was able to set the app up for us in our website exactly as we needed it and was so responsive every step of the way. We had some issues with the POS button, but Ben was patient and helped us to find the setting we needed to update. Everything is working smoothly now. The ability to ask for Donations on the cart page has increased our donations substantially. I like it better that a popup, less obtrusive for the customer. Visible, but not annoying. We don't use the post-purchase feature because all our customers must go through the cart page.
