Sam was great helping us get started with Discounty. We were on Propel but they discontinued their app so we had to search for a new bulk editor. I talked with Miles via email and he reassured us that Discounty would work for us great and now Sam has shown that they provide excellent customer service help vis the chat. This is the easiest solution we've found for tiered discounts without a lot of custom coding. We did have a small issue with our setup, but Miles was able to fix it (literally within minutes of submitting the request). A+ experience overall

Harry solved all my questions! I had a very good experience.

I had a few issues with my custom theme interfering with the app. Even when it says they are away, I have been getting timely help. Recently Dela helped me and she was quick and wonderful. She even offered to help with my countdown timer, which I had not asked for, but I'm so glad I have it now.
