I installed the app and immediately tried creating my first campaign — everything was super easy and intuitive! The range of available options perfectly fits the needs of most stores. I needed some help setting up the widget that encourages customers to buy using quantity discounts, and Pearl was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and lightning-fast in explaining how to configure it. Support at this level really makes the app stand out — highly recommended!

WOW!!! What an exceptional experience I had this evening! I had the DISTINCT pleasure of working with Pearl to customize a widget on my site. First it needs to be noted that I reached out on chat about 11 p.m. NEVER expecting someone to actually answer but Pearl jumped right on. Not only did she fix my issue but she went above and beyond and customized it in my brand colors! She was super accommodating, respectful, knowledgable, joyful, and just went out of her way to solve all of my issues. I am blown away. You just don't find this level of customer care anymore but you find it with Pearl and Discounty!!!! Thank you so much!!!

The team were a brilliant help within minutes and explained what couldn't be done and why and flagged for future consideration . Happy with the service. The app has limitations for our needs but we will continue to use for now as i think it has potential and we can work around
