Good app, good service. This app provides a lot of discounting flexibility I need that Shopify doesn't allow natively. Regarding their support, it is excellent. I only had a minor issue once, involving a currency conversion allowing a discount that shouldn't have qualified. When I submitted a ticket I got a response from Amanda in a matter of minutes and the app was updated with a fix within a matter of hours.

This app was the perfect solution to a problem Shopify should have solved a long time ago. Discounts Hub is a powerful discounts app and Pritesh gives top notch support. A specific discount we required was not available in his app (Free gift with cart) and 2 days later he had added this discount type. I highly recommend his app, which uses the latest Shopify apis (Shopify Functions) and does not add any code than can slow down or break your store.
