I honestly cannot praise this team enough. I contacted them today to ask if Discount Mixer would do something that I wanted it to do. I got the fastest and most helpful response possible. It didn't do exactly what I wanted, so you know what, they tinkered with it for me, and now I have exactly what I wanted. All that for a free app too. I am bowled over by their kindness.

My main use case for this app was a simple wholesale solution. I wanted to give certain customers (via customer tags) a discount + free shipping. This app did precisely that. The install was super easy and using it is straightforward. I had a slight hiccup (software bug) and their team took care of it immediately so I was up and running 100% within a couple of hours. There's real value here, even for a free app.

I've NEVER had a BETTER customer experience! I've spent hours upon hours trying to get around and find a solution, to Shopify's lacking discount settings. I ended up finding a complex and irritable solution using 3 of my valuable 5 automatic discounts on Shopify. BUT then the absolute legends at Discount Mixer, especially Rory, legitimately made a personal discount code on their backend, to meet my very specific needs, and are even considering adding my needed features to their app! I mean come on now... Now all my headaches and problems are gone and I will be able to add as many automatic discounts as I want, completely bypassing Shopify's dumb limit of a maximum of 5 automatic discounts.
