I honestly can’t say enough good things about Discount Mixer and their team! The app itself is incredibly easy to use, smooth, and reliable. The support team is outstanding: incredibly friendly, fast, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether fixing an issue late at night, creating custom “Sale” badges, or tailoring discounts to fit complex needs. They resolved any hiccups within a day and even went above and beyond to make the fixes I needed. Truly impressive customer service and performance, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I had an issue with my sale items still qualifying for free shipping at checkout. If both a regular-priced item and a sale item were in the cart, the promotion applied when it shouldn’t have. I reported the problem, and they fixed it quickly—within a day. Throughout the process, support was always available and ready to help if I needed any further changes. Thanks again
