Its just the best to use to deliver a digital product or codes or even sound file ... You can deal in anything with that app And its free I recommend it

The support was excellent and very fast to find the needed solution. If codes are lost for some reason, that would be nice to have a backup view somewhere to be able to recover on our own the lost data, to be more independent. Thank you:)

I initially had an issue and the team worked to resolve it. Outside of that, this is a great app. The setup is easy, and I can upload various file types without a problem. It works smoothly, making it convenient for my customers.

I've been trying to get in contact for support for over a week. The app is not giving my customers the download file which looks very unprofessional on my end. I've now sent them 3 tickets about this issue.

Not only does the Kable app allow for customization other digital download apps do not, the tech support is superb. We ran into a slight issue when setting up physical items that had digital components, and tech support solved our issue in a matter of hours. Not only that, they were friendly and positive while doing so. The app is well worth the cost and makes it much easier to share content with customers. I would recommend Kable to anyone looking to branch out into digital items!

I'm really amazed by both the app as well as the app support. Jason is super helpful and very quick with fixing things. I had some small personalised adjustment requests and made some minor bug reports and he fixed everything. :) I also really love about the app that you get charged per order. This is a very nice model, especially for smaller shops or people who just start out! Also, the download function on the "thank you"-page works wonderfully and the app even supports multiple store languages! I can really recommend it! :)

I’m a musician and using the app for music and pdf downloads. The downloads are immediately visible on the order page when the customer purchases. An email also goes out instantly to the customer with their downloads. The speed of downloading is super fast. The set up, to add digital products, or to add digital products to physical products, is easy and straightforward. The support is really good and swift to answer queries. All in all, thrilled with it.

Oustanding customer support and oustanding app overall. Super easy to use, servers are super reliable, ive not had not one single issue, highly recommend this app.

I accidentally deleted the app after finding out that all but three of my products were disabled. I messaged Kable and within under 15 minutes it was back up and I didn’t have to reupload any of the download images. Jason was super helpful and was able to guide me in switch my plan for unlimited products!
