I had no intentions of swapping from my previous courier but due to the rates on offer from Despatch Bay, the extra cover and ability to drop the items off meant I couldn't say no. Tom was quick with getting my account up and running and shipping the labels takes no training, it's simply a case of topping up your credit balance, a few clicks and then you have a label.
