Over the last 4+ years Design Packs has become one of my top go to Shopify apps. I always recommend it to clients and consider it indispensable at this point. I'm constantly learning new ways to customize the vast array of sections they offer, and their customer service is second to none. They have been so helpful and I'm always learning new techniques from them. Highly recommended!

We use Design Packs all over our store, to add features lacking in our theme. They have a ton of options and it's way better than trying to find a theme that covers every single thing you want to do! The packs can all be customized to match your theme, although we mostly used CSS instead. Not a knock on the app at all, if you don't know CSS you can use the built-in customization instead. Customer support is fantastic as well, we had some questions about using metaobjects and fields and they were even able to customize one of the packs to make it work better for our needs.

I wish I could give infinite stars at this point! Had a problem with the free footer that Design Packs so kindly provides us, it simply didn't show on my store view after I finished the customization. Contacted the support, got a quick response and help from Anne, turned out it was a problem with the Markets settings in my store itself, she even got the time to screen record a quick video to explain the problem to me, just amazing! Never got such amazing and precise customer support before, will def. subscribe to one of their packages when I get my first sales. Y'all got a lifetime customer now!

10/10 RECOMMEND. This app Design Packs is the best app in Shopify. It will increase my conversion rate by 200%. It has every functionality I was looking for. Previously I was using Page Fly but that was too costly and it looked terrible. The best part has been Anne, you can book a call with her and she created the app and walked me through the exact setup I need. Hands down the best App customer service I've received. It's saved me thousands of dollars in dev and in time. Definitely give this app a try - it's a FREE trial. Book a help call and you'll be really glad you did, because Shopify on it's own doesn't do much, the right support is crucial.

A wonderful app with so many useful sections and pages. I am also super impressed with their customer service. I was switching over to a new theme & Anne was extremely helpful and moved everything from Design Packs over for me so that I wouldn't have any issues.

I love the ease of use and how we can customize product pages and collection pages to help drive conversions. I have zero coding back ground and we paid a developer and marketing company to transition our website to Shopify. The result was a bland and boring website. Their support responsiveness is exceptional. Same is true for the easy, well-designed customization of your theme their packs provide. They are good at what they do and eager to please and seem to be able to roll out tweaks and features pretty quickly.
