Absolutely brilliant app and even better customer support. I had a tricky setup with multiple postcodes and delivery rules, and the support team guided me through everything step by step. They replied quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and even helped identify issues I didn’t realise were causing problems. Everything is now working perfectly, and it’s saving me a huge amount of time and hassle. If you need precise postcode control and responsive support, this is the app to get. Highly recommended!

Very easy app to configure, got stuck but the online help is amazing - dealt with Rutvik and he went above and beyond!

Nandita was very helpful when we experienced some issues with the app, very friendly with prompt responses. Allan was wonderful and he was very attentive. He tried to accommodate our request and went above and beyond.

I had to go through the AI Chat-bot first which contradicted itself whilst try to assist, but eventually it saw sense and offered me a human to speak to. 'Nandita' was very helpful with my request. It was a simple one but the answer eluded me. Thanks Nandita

This app does not work simply for subscription based website. I dealt with many of their support members and none of them were able to fix the issue. I do not recommend and still waiting for a refund...

Fantastic. Installed as I needed shipping rates for UK Highlands and Islands. Support helped me identify I needed to create shipping zones for UK Highlands and Islands AND a UK zone without these postcode prefixes. Checkout now defaults shipping zones and charges depending on address added.
