This app covers all necessary cases very well while still being very simple. It is exactly what we needed. 100% Recommend.

The app started working great! After a long search, I found this one. This one started working as per my use case. Finally, I could now show proper estimated delivery as per supplier on the product page along with the custom return note. But the app all of a sudden stopped working, that too when we are investing heavily in marketing. It's been 22 mins I created a ticket, but no response. I am very unhappy the way was the app crashed. Also, there is no way to import data from the app. I am scared to loose hours days of work. I made a great mistake!! This is app is not for high volume stores. I have thousands of products.

Love this app. It has allowed me to show customers throughout their shopping experience when they can expect to receive their order. It has really minimized all the emails from impatient customers.

Have been using this app for almost a year now and I have nothing but praises for it as it enables us to change the font and colour to match the theme of our site. I love how it includes an auto-countdown timer to encourage purchases from customers. One good feature is that it displays delivery waiting times clearly, while enabling us to block off weekends. Ivan has also been quick and efficient in customising what I want so definitely 5 stars for me! (:

We installed this app to help us create transparency with our customers since we offer made-to-order products, and it has worked wonderfully!! The app is really easy to use, and I love the fact that we could embed our own html into the area where our "Estimated Delivery Date" is to create a pop-up explaining the delivery time frame.
