Been using this software for booking bluedart shipments. It integrates well through your own bluedart account with API. However we found the NDR feature to be a bit basic. Unable to share a comment with bluedart team when shipment is in NDR. Hoping for improvement here in future. Customer support and response is quick and efficient.

I would highly reccomment the app for their user friendly UI and ease. Their customer support and resolution is very responsive and truly quick. That helps immesely as time is crucial with D2C segment. Must have app for indian shipping / Logistics on shopify.

My experience with ILS has been pretty good so far. Their panel is very easy and intuitive to use, allows integration with different courier partners and most important integrates well with Shopify platform. After doing extensive research of my own on courier aggregators, I am happy to decide on ILS. Their brand tracking and returns pages are well done to get started for a small brand like ours. Chetna has been very helpful in this process.
