Communication is extremely poor. They write one line sentences, don't reply sufficiently. Take days to reply. Customer ordered 3 items, and postage was a whooping $66 - after 2 days no reply from Dear-lover. Even though I have my settings to not order out of stock items, customers have been able to order out of stock items on 2 occasions now. Parcel lost, when handed over to UK depot, customs mixed the address up so sent to wrong address, but DearLover are making me wait 30 days for a refund. My real frustation is the quality of their communication, it is shockingly poor, and they take ages to reply, of don't answer my query fully. Shows a lack of urgency. I have just removed all their products. I cannot work with the poor quality of communication.
