The team has been amazing and extremely helpful when we need assistance. Every support member that we encountered has been going above and beyond in our experience. The app itself is also working perfectly well for us. Its functionalities have made our lives much easier, especially as a personalised beauty gifting brand. We cannot imagine how we are going to craft hundreds of our signature product daily i.e. custom lipsticks (where customers can choose casing, pick colour, add name engraving and add personalised message card) if it is without the help of this app! All in all, highly recommended.

Report can include customized fields. You just need to chat with a live and real agent, and they do it for you. They are very responsive and efficient. Also, you can schedule your report to be sent by email, and not only FTP. I recommend this app.
