Price - quality wise this is one of the best apps within Shopify. With the possibility to export the reports to spreadsheets makes it possible to create a lot of automation. And if there is help needed, the customer service support always provides a good answer. I haven't come across a request that wasn't possible! :)

We use Data Export daily and love it. We got it for the reason of creating automated inventory feeds, and have found a ton of uses since then. The best app ever. We need to build reports for expiring products with custom metafields. This app did exactly that. Customer service is top notch.

Customer service via chat is very responsive and efficient. I was having issues cloning a report. Manuwel was quick to respond, cloned it for me, and explained that the issue was the special characters in the report name. Very helpful.

The best app for data export we have found so far. Highly configurable and, above all, with a live view of the report - very helpful. We had some problems creating specific reports, and Mathu was extremely helpful and solved all the problems within minutes.
