Data Export really helps us answer the questions that the built-in Shopify reports do not, and their customer service is fantastic! They have always been able to slice the data for me for what I'm looking for when I can't build it myself or grab it from their pre-made reports.

I have used many reporting apps over the years, but I've never experienced the level of service that the team at DataExport.IO offer. We have ALOT of custom requirements for our business, and so far they've been able to provide every report we've needed - and usually within a few minutes. Yes, there are other good reporting apps. They all more or less pull the same info - whatever Shopify makes available through the API. But what really makes this team special is that where the API is unable to directly provide certain data we need, this team has made the effort to think creatively and provide us the numbers that are critical to our daily business where 'out of the box' those numbers couldn't be pulled. I finally found an app that can create an inventory report that meets my needs. The interface is simple and easy to use. Amazingly, whenever I wanted to customize the report or had questions, their customer service responded immediately and even made the custom adjustments right away. Their speed is incredible. I highly, highly recommend it.

Vandana from the zendesk is the ultimate consumer service representative. It is very evident that she is very knowledgeable of the program. She responded to the types of reports and wanted without any hesitation. I am going to subscribe mostly in part of the service I received, not to take away from this outstanding and well welcomed store management application, but I was absolutely please with the support I received from the zendesk. .

My favourite app, saves mundane tasks of merging boring data into very usable sheets. also has great pre-made sheets that are helpful. if you need help I have found them very helpful, I spoke to Nirmana who was great! It could benefit from being to get more data from Shopify like, seperate warehouse inventory numbers, also getting committed (ordered) qty from Shopify would be very helpful. even still, this app deserves 5 stars everyday!

You can customize your order form excel form with great detail and ease. If there are any difficulties, supporters are quick and accurate to resolve problems. The app is reasonably priced, functional and easy to use, and the support team is quick, friendly, accurate and genius. I recommend this app. This app saved me!!

Great App.Very versatile.

I got Data Export in order to expedite our calculations on products that need royalties and other reports made for calculations. The support team is really great and fast to answer any questions we had! Looking forward to continuing to use the app.

This app helps to filter all my products and the customer service is excellent.

The platform has some quirks but customer service is very helpful with making the reports you need. I have worked with them over email and chat and they are very responsive.
