DATA CASTは、ECサイトで保有している様々なデータを組み合わせてセグメントを行い、顧客一人ひとりにあったコンテンツやタイミングに合わせてシナリオメールを送ることができるCRMプラットフォームです。 Shopifyにおける顧客データ・購買データなどをもとに、顧客セグメントを自動で作成。ユーザの購入タイミングや、直前のアクションに基づき、最適なコンテンツを最適なタイミングで配信できるため、施策の自動化をしながら新規会員へのアプローチやファン化促進を狙えます。日本製の為、各種設定画面も日本語でご用意しており、日本語によるメール・電話・TV会議でのサポートに対応しています。
