It’s been working great for me thus far. Pretty easy to set up and has been collecting 2k+ emails me since installed so I’m happy with it! It could use additional customization options, but I believe I actually told Jim a suggestion and soon after the requested feature was added... so the customer service + product team is on point there too!

Was amazed at how easy the email funnel setup was, and how fast we started seeing results - current opt in rate is 9 percent, and email open-rates are 40% and up! Every month has gotten better results - thanks GrooveJar!

GrooveJar is for sure Groovy! I received 1k in additional sales through abandon cart recoveries in just 3 weeks. It was super easy to install, set up and customize. My customers LOved it, as a matter of fact, after deactivating the first trial pop up, they were emailing me, looking for it! I hope to create a second campaign this month. You get a detailed summery at the end of the month which makes it easy to run comparisons. The customer support is very responsive, and they Love to hear from us, a welcomed, refreshing attitude! 5***** A +++ for this team and their innovative ideas!

We are gearing up to launch our shop and it was really fun testing GrooveJar before launch. We have tried other competitors and we decided to go with GrooveJar as it was super easy to get going for testing. We recommend this if you are looking for an easy pop up and conversion app. We are excited for launching with this.

A very interesting App. It definitely helps to grow the e-mail database, and we are recovering sales from the follow up emails as well. It does take a little bit of time to setup, and a word of advice, when creating the e-mails do it in html, the text editor doesn't actually work yet, but otherwise a very worthwhile addition to our page. I love the fact you can personalise the message or the discount to pretty much whatever you want, and it is quite easy to do....

The app is very easy to install and has many preconfigured popup applications. I used another similar app that is popular in the app store and found this one to be more effective and with a lower monthly cost. It does take a little bit of time to setup, and it is important to create relevant email flows in order to turn leads into sales. But their support is top notch.

The ease of use is what I like the most. I am not always technologically skilled and thought I had everything in place. Turns out I had missed something and Myra from Groovejar had followed up with me to see how I was doing. I told her I was not able to get it to work. Quickly, I got a response, received the link I needed with complete directions to proceed. Followed the directions and in 10 minutes up and running!! Thank you, Myra. I have to say, the second thing I like about the app is the customer support. They are always there and ready to help.

Excellent and easy-to-use tools. I'm definitely replacing my old pop up tool with groovejar! I just hope they add more customization options in the near future so that I can get it looking exactly the way I want.

Being new to Shopify, I love how easy it was to set up my first app to collect visitor information . it has already helped me collect several email contacts and it has only been a few days. I am really looking forward to putting Groovejar to work for me and my new Ecom store. I would recommend GrooveJar to anyone in ECom.
