The support is responsive and friendly, very easy to understand without cumbersome technical terms. They are open to new ideas and needs of merchants, too. So we are really happy. As some other merchant mentioned, they are kind to go beyond the app function and suggests possible methods like combining Shopify Flow, and how it works. Helium's team is top notch!! We created a Form through them and we were having issues with the email flows that we set up on our own. When I reached out to the support team (specifically Brett), he got all the way into the email template code through Shopify and helped me figure out exactly what the issue was. I downloaded this app, but after reaching out to customer support, I learned something surprising—their app could do what I needed, but it would be easier and free with the Shopify Flows app!
