CustomerGenius is an automated solution that detects and prevents discount code abuse.

CustomerGenius is an solution designed to protect Shopify merchants from discount code abuse. We'll flag suspicious orders with patterns such as multiple email accounts using the same shipping address. You can choose to either manually review these orders or automatically cancel and refund fraudulent orders according to preset rules (or let us handle it according to our algorithm). We are also integrated with Shipstation and Recharge, ensuring cancellations will flow through both both.

We've been using this app for a few months now and are really happy with it. The customer service team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Since integrating the app, we've been able to identify and prevent a few cases where discount codes were being misused by customers creating multiple accounts with different names or emails. One feature we particularly appreciate is the flexibility, you can automate the refund decision process or handle each case individually. For now, we're reviewing them case by case and it’s been working really well for us. Highly recommend! :)
