I wanted this app to work, but there were 2 insurmountable problems. 1 - I could not simply add the app to my cart theme as shown in the installation video; it did not appear in the list of apps that recognized my theme. On a bit of further investigation, I found that to add an app block to the customer account pane would have required an upgrade of my Shopify subscription. 2 - in the settings pane, any time I typed in the customer list the filtered list of customers would briefly appear and then disappear, making the search feature unusable. I don't expect customer support from a free app, so I can't recommend using this app based on my experience.

Managing tax exemptions used to be such a hassle, but not anymore! This app automates the entire process, making it easy for our customers and us. It’s fast, effective, and works seamlessly with our store setup. Would highly recommend it to any store with tax-exempt clients.
