Finally, the long-awaited two-way syncing from Klaviyo segments to Shopify is here. Previously, I had to use all kinds of convoluted workarounds—flows, special metadata connections, and custom logic—to make this work between Klaviyo and Shopify. With this new update, everything works perfectly. I can now create more advanced Klaviyo segments, and they automatically generate customer tags in Shopify. The developer put this together incredibly fast, and I truly appreciate it. This is going to save me a ton of time.

Amazing app. The customer lists synced to Meta are spot on, with excellent formatting for phone numbers and addresses, which helps the Meta algorithm match audiences accurately. The auto-sync feature works seamlessly. It’s great value for money for marketers spending seriously on Meta and Google Ads. It saves a lot of time that would otherwise go into cleaning and formatting customer data manually. Everything is automated and reliable. The founder is extremely responsive and genuinely goes the extra mile to help with requests. Overall, a great experience and a solid app that does a simple job exceptionally well. Highly recommended.

This is a great find. Lightweight and easy to use. Since using this our exclusion matching on Meta has vastly improved. We were previously relying on Klaviyo - which doesn't send a lot of potential fields for matching. Also using on Google and TikTok. Alexander was very helpful when I had a few questions.

This is a great app for syncing audiences from Shopify to Facebook. It's dead simple to use and also provides complete flexibility in defining customer segments using any combination of RFM values and this data is downloadable for analysis or to target in other channels (email, sms etc.). Furthermore, the developer is extremely responsive and receptive to questions and feedback, even going so far as to implement new features requested in rapid iteration. The app and support has definitely exceeded my expectations.

I was having issues segmenting customers with the app and the developer offered to reach out via email/phone to help me with the issue. We were able to hop on the phone and get it resolved and even had a couple feature suggestions get put into the app. Awesome app and will continue to use!
