App down / no customer service, impossible to contact If I could put 0 stars I would. This greatly impacted our performance and business

We’ve been using this app for several years and have previously experienced occasional short periods of downtime due to an expired SSL certificate. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again nearly two weeks ago, but this time it appears the app is facing deeper problems and is still not working. This ongoing outage has caused significant disruption to our business. We requested an update with a rough timeline for resolution, but after waiting all week without an answer, we have no choice but to uninstall and switch to a different app.

Developer abandoned the app. Their certificate is out of date and the app is not working. Cost us sales.

The app stopped working and I have tried everything to get it back online. I tried contacting support but I just get error messages back. No communication from the company. This is causing MAJOR issues with our websites and is costing us time and money. We have no choice but to switch apps now. Extremely unprofessional.

It suddenly stopped working on all 3 of our stores and cost us money. We couldn't even contact the support in the app, there was some kind of error. It also says security certificate is expired.

I am paying every month for it to work and it does not work. Every from a while you have to check and test if it is working. There are so many bugs. Completely dissatisfied with the product.

The app was a little confusing for me at first but their customer service team is great and was able to make a template for me very quickly!

Greatest redirecting app. Extremely reliable. Also the team is even greater. They help with solutions far beyond what is offered within the app. I highly highly recommend

The app works just as you expect and their support is friendly and quick to respond when you have questions.
