I would give Tevello 10 stars if I could. The app integrates well with our thème, it offers easy functionality (even for my non-techie capabilies and everything we need. Above all this is the amazing service! It's 11pm and we're just doing the final touches before going live tomorrow. I popped Or à message to check on something and before I knew it, he replied, and sent me a walk through video of the site with a couple of recommended amendements (which he then did for me!). The courses are really easy to set up and there are plenty of short and easy to understand explaining videos in the app about all the settings you need to sell your courses successfully on shopify. For clients the course menus and navigation through the courses is really easy to understand and the communities, you can set up, have everything they need for your customers to have a great group experience. If you ever have a question, Or Moshe is always available in the in app chat and he answers your questions and supports you where he can so helpfull! I am so grateful that I signed up to host my children’s book writing and illustrating courses on Shopify using Tevella with Or Moshe. I love that I can release all the lessons at one time for each course, drip feed week after week, or schedule their availability on specific dates. I also appreciate that it comes with a community where I can interact with students enrolled in my intensive interactive Children's Book Academy mentorship program and they can interact with each other, form critique groups, or request feedback . I like to call Or, the developer - “Orsome” because he absolutely is. He's very quick to respond, get on a Zoom call if needed, make Loom videos, and tweak things so that they meet my personal needs. I also call him adORable because I can’t resist puns and because it’s fun to embarrass him. I’ve hosted classes on Weebly, Teachable, most recently Mighty Networks and now Tevello where I’ll be staying for a long time because it’s a fraction of the cost of elsewhere and I appreciate the features, support, and automations. Okay so I have to say, the app, no question, is the best and most solid for courses but ... what really put me over the top was customer support. I used the chat feature. I initially got a message saying I would be emailed but then someone came on. I think we just have a very busy developer. Well, let me just say, what incredible support. I uninstalled the app after paying for it. Man I was bummed. All that work, gone and all because I mistakenly uninstalled the wrong app. I reinstalled, got an extra 4 days of a free trial and all my stuff was still there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Tevello is AMAZING. It has met all my expectations and works perfectly. The control panel is very easy to use and very intuitive. The technical service is probably the best I have ever seen in my life and I am not exaggerating. Absolutely recommendable.

Best customer service of any Shopify app we've ever used. Had a small bug that was affecting one or two customers. Reached out to support and the owner responded himself within 30 seconds. He then spent the next 45 minutes with us isolating and resolving the issue. Couldn't be happier with the app itself, especially for the price, how easy it is to use and above all the phenomenal support.
