This app has been very helpful to host my online courses and my membership. The support is very responsive and helps solve any issues I’ve come across. They’ve gone above and beyond and have taken my suggestions and added it to the app. It’s very user friendly, and the support is unmatched.

The team working in this project is superb. Had minor issues with implementing the certificates myself, but the team - had contact with Elizaveta and Oleksii, understood the needs and made the much needed adjustments on the certificate side. And everything now runs smoothly. I can't thank the team enough. Great service, great personnel. 10/10

Courses Plus has been extraordinarily responsive to all requests for user support. They are fast and they get things done.

App is simple to use on both ends. As a creator, making a course is a cinch. As a user, accessing and viewing the course is intuitive and easy. I had a few issues with buttons displaying and the customer service was great. Development team responded promptly and everything looks and works great.

Worth it! The chat support is great! Response time is super fast and you can ask for any kind of customization and they will help you with it. Keep up the good work guys!

Great app. Really user friendly and well priced, does exactly what I need it to. I had to contact support about one thing that I wasn't sure how to do and they fixed it for me in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their courses through Shopify.

The app is great so far, I started creating my first course and it's relatively easy. Support is very good too. I'll write more once my course is actually out there.

The customer service isn't great. I paid $199 a month for almost a year and tried to downgrade to the $79 membership this month. After reaching out to the support team TWO times, I was finally responded to & told it's impossible for me to downgrade without paying $199 and then an additional $79 for the new membership all in the same month. I am cancelling this month due to me being forced to pay for 2 subscriptions. Hopefully you guys make downgrading more feasible in the future for your users.
