Really easy to use and great experience for my customers and when I did have a tech issue I was helped really quickly and professionally

Excellent responsive service and good functionality but really let down by inability to customise download page both for look and features. Mine is a gift product, an album of music for very young children, sent as a download and it looks rubbish and amateur. Particularly compared to the sleek Shopify look. Please please improve the download page or give developers access to the files so they can customise. Also not having the ability to bundle as a single download file is not ideal (have to download each file individually). Make a purchase and you'll see what I mean. Hope this feedback was helpful.

Really impressed at the support I received. Was struggling to link my digital product so used the chat facilities. Managed to lose the chat switching between screens but within a few minutes had received a personalised video by email showing me exactly what to do. Over and above customer service

this app has been great and really easy to set up! I love all the features and customizations, like watermarking my files, adding download buttons and links where I want them, etc. The support is also great! They are really friendly and I've received help really quickly, taking care of any issues I've come across. They've also shared links to instructions on what they've done so I'm able to learn how to update things on my own in the future as well. Highly recommend!

So far, I've had a great experience with the app. Easy and intuitive to set up. When I had a (very small) issue, customer service (Sandesh) responded quickly and resolved it within hours. I'll come back to update my review once I've had more time using it.
