The app itself is solid, and the support team has been excellent. We had a few minor issues, but everything was handled and resolved very well by the support team.

Game changer for complex shop translations in bulk! I used the more expensive Premium Account for the openAI API connection and chatgpt 4.1. Just had to add some context of my shop and products and all translations were just awesome, natural wording and no errors. The default AI model is slightly worse, so it depends on the shop quality you want to achieve, but this tool delivers.
