UPDATE 2026: they give refunds... very good. But they cannot run this app properly. Extremely disruptive. People should test it daily since the devs don't do it! One time out of 2 I open the app, I discover some issues. This is a joke! Potentially is a good app but they add useless functions, and they don't take care of the main one: COLLECTION ORDER. Such a pitty! I have to look for a new app and waste tons of time since the setup was extremely time-consuming. Guys, if you cannot do it properly, just leave it!! UPDATE: I am on the most expensive plan and I am using this app for years. THe potential is great but they don't take enough care of it. Sometime you'll just discover that all the hours invested into creating nice settings are wasted since they change something or update the app. Nobody inform you so you'll just have a wrong product order. Such a pity... The app is improving every day. Also, there were many issues at the beginning and the devs gave me a long free trial period to excuse the issues and repay my wasted time. Now the app is defenetly better and such a great idea to achive the purpose of a algo ordered collection without make collection pages heavier and slower like any other apps do. Thank you! I used to love this app. We are using the sort by "date updated" feature. Unfortunately there is now a 60 minute delay in being able to sort newly added products on our site. We will push out our product drop and none of them will show in the "sort by newly updated" until the app refreshes after 60 minutes or more. This messes up our Friday drop and workflow. We are starting to look at phasing this product out of our store. We need products to show immediately after adding them to our store so we can send out our blasts and have customers see the products we are advertising.
