There are many great features like cycle scans, having multiple team members join a scan, reversals, and other great to have metrics. However, it fails at its core use: scanning items. It allows for an external bluetooth scanner, or with a camera if you use an iOS device. Scanning is only possible via the product barcode and NOT the SKU. It does not allow rapid subsequent scans either, you need to confirm or adjust the quantity after each scan. This means you can't blindly scan products, you need to confirm on the device you use every time. Scanning using Cohub takes significantly longer than using an excel sheet with some handy formula;s that we import.

This app saved us so much time and drastically helped improve our inventory counting process! The mobile app allowing staff to use their smartphones as a barcode scanner is a game changer. The customer service is also great; I got quick and helpful responses to my questions. The app works perfectly with Iphone, but Android users may face some problems on the mobile app. We only had three android users on our team, and all of them said that every time their phone screen shut off, the app would crash and would have to be reopened. Also, they all had to fully log in with shopify admin credentials, meaning they can't just click on the link and join the count for the location they were at, which is how the app is supposed to function. Once they work out issues with android this app will be perfect!

We are complete new in Shopify and needed an efficiant way to make a stock count. Cohub is still very new for us but the way it works is easy and fast. Our team is already getting adicted to the "Toys". Cohud is turning an borring job (stock taking) into a day to day routine which everybody likes to do.

I originally had a few problems with the app during our 1st 100% inventory but the staff at Cohub were super responsive. Despite the fact that we are in Hawaii, they were very accomodating to our time schedule and were able to troubleshoot our issues. They resolved our issues with 100% satisfaction. I definitely recommend using Cohub as it made our inventory super easy. And I greatly value any company that quickly responds to our needs. Mahalo Cohub.

I am unable to find any troubleshooting guide for Cohub. We have been encountering an issue where a large portion of our inventory when scanned says "Item not found" which means we have to input the UPC code which defeats the purpose of the app. We need an app that helps to make a 100% inventory smooth, painless and expeditious (not taking an excessive amount of time to complete). All of the items have new barcodes/UPC since switching to Shopify as our POS. There is also an issue where the app will scan multiple UPC bar codes creating an issue, or you have to keep adjusting the camera to scan an item which is very inconvenient.

If you're doing a full inventory (which we do twice a year), this is what you're looking for. It's easy to use, and the reporting it generates is extremely helpful. We have thousands of SKUs, so we needed something that could handle multiple people counting at the same time. Not only does it work, but the customer support is excellent. Steve helped me troubleshoot throughout the entire process, and I really can't thank him enough for the support. I rarely leave reviews for apps, but I felt like I should for Cohub. I'm sure there are people out there with a similar inventory looking for a system to help them manage it. This is it.

We used Cohub for our annual physical inventory at our three retail locations and we plan to use Cohub for every PI going forward. Working in teams and counting simultaneously via cellphone sped up our process and was far more accurate that we've had in the past. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the only way we count our retail store. Being able to use multiple devices and work as a team while having the store be actively open to customers is essential. This app tracks all the activity. The built in aggregation feature that automatically totals amounts together if products are scanned separately due to location or timing saves time, sanity and ensures accuracy. An essential app for any product based store. The customer service has always been friendly, prompt and helpful.

It looks like the app is not being maintained. No updates since 2022. The app would not install on a new Samsung Galaxy S23, our standard phone for the business. So it was a waste of time even trying to test the app. There is NO clear documentation on compatibility, and surprised you have to use a small mobile app, and have no option to use the app through the browser. I am happy to update the review if there are acceptable responses by the developer.
