Cash on delivery only works if the customer actually wants the parcel. CodWatchdog asks them on WhatsApp before you ship, and tags the order with their answer, so your team can see which parcels are safe to dispatch. It also watches its own delivery path. If your WhatsApp number gets restricted, your message template is rejected, or an order never reaches the app at all, you get an email about it, instead of finding out when the parcels come back.
