Initially the app doesn't work when Flexport is used for fulfillment. I reachout to app support, but support is very bad. They tooks ages to respond me on my query. However, I was able to resolve the issue quickly with our in-house developer.

The app does NOT work when Flexport is used for fulfillment. This should be spelled out very clearly on the App Store. We wasted a lot of time troubleshooting and pairing the Codify app with other apps for basic functions.

This app has made managing orders so much easier for my business. Customers can cancel their orders smoothly without any confusion, and the return process happens automatically — no manual effort needed from our side. It gives a very professional experience and has definitely improved customer satisfaction. What impressed me even more was the customer support team behind the app. They were super responsive, friendly, and always ready to help — whether it was a small question or setup-related assistance.
