Coming to their service, i believe getting a double confirmation from the customer about their order is a very nice approach and Hilteck help us do the same however i see that only 50% to 60% of people confirm their order on whatsapp and almost 40% gets ignored. I am not saying 60% is a bad number but just putting the facts out there so that someone using this app can make a wise decision. Also i have noticed that this helps me reduce my RTO by a significant number however i still call my customers to confirm their order even after they have confirmed over whatsapp. But what i believe is that they are providing top notch service and helps to reduce the RTO so go for it without any doubt if you want to reduce your RTO and build trust with your customers.
