I would give zero stars if I could. This app looked promising at first—it had all the widgets I wanted, and I was excited to build my pop-ups. They published fine initially, but the next day they all disappeared. I spent hours checking my theme code, adding and removing snippets, and troubleshooting without success. Support is practically nonexistent. When I finally got a response, it was nothing more than “please try again.” Unacceptable. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, re-embedding, toggling on and off multiple times, but nothing worked. The app keeps telling me to embed and activate the widget in my theme—something I've already done multiple times. Clearly, something is very wrong with this app. To make matters worse, after reaching out, I received an automated email offering me a $30 gift card in exchange for a review. Now it makes sense why there are so many positive ratings here. I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I run a business myself and know the impact, but this went too far. I spent several days trying to get this app to work on two websites, but I achieved zero results. I consider myself tech savvy, and if something as basic as embedding a widget won’t function, I can only imagine how flawed the rest of the app must be. Do yourself a favor—look elsewhere.
