Chaukas lets you decide who gets Cash on Delivery. Create simple rules and COD is hidden at checkout when an order matches, so risky orders are placed prepaid instead. Rules can use order value, products, collections, product tags, customer tags, new or returning customers, pincodes, and a buyer's past COD deliveries and returns. Start from recommended rules, preview them against your recent orders, and track COD orders and returns on the dashboard. No theme changes are needed.

• Hide COD by order value, product, collection, product tag or customer tag
• Block repeat-RTO buyers using their COD delivery and return history
• Block risky pincodes, upload a CSV or block whole areas by prefix
• Preview a rule on your last 60 days of COD orders before you turn it on
• Track COD orders, returns and orders placed with COD hidden
