just installed this app , it seems so difficult to use. interface is not easy at all. although i am using the free version and it has very less to offer. not alot of good template and customization option. didn't find this app suitable if you guys give everything with upgraded plan. app literally sucks. more over templates that they gave are not even good. not impressed with their app , slow and hard to use. would appreciate if someone from the support team contact me and help me to use their app. otherwise i am going to uninstall it right now.

The app sounded great at first, but it’s full of bugs. I had trouble importing my products from Shopify and even when it worked, the layout options weren’t as customizable as promised. Very frustrating experience.

CatalogAce claims to make the wholesale process easier, but it’s far from it. The integration with Shopify is slow, and generating accurate price lists took much longer than anticipated. The platform feels incomplete.

Appalling customer support from catalogace, never

The app doesn’t come with enough instructional content to guide you through its features. There’s no step-by-step tutorial to show you how to get the most out of the app, and the knowledge base is incomplete. I wasted so much time trying to figure things out on my own.

The app has some useful features, but honestly, it’s not worth the cost. The QR codes, pricing rules, and catalog features are very basic. I expected more advanced functionalities for the price, like more dynamic layouts or deeper product filtering options.

The PDF catalogs take forever to generate, even for a small catalog with just a few products. I’ve waited for over 30 minutes just to create one catalog, which makes this tool unusable for my fast-paced business. I expected better performance for the price.

I really wanted to love CatalogAce, but the interface is clunky and unintuitive. It’s hard to figure out how to customize anything without spending hours on it. I expected a seamless experience, but instead, I just got frustrated. Wouldn’t recommend it for beginners.
