I had some problems installing the Cartel app... So I decided to contact support. Who attended me promptly and solved my problem in less than 10 minutes, the very friendly ,helpful and patient attendant... I sent the prints because English is a challenge for me! but I somehow managed to talk to the friendly Reinane Tina Maderazo with google translator. Thank you ! Soon I hope to acquire other applications.
