I had a great experience with the Katching Kart support team. Dominykas was very helpful and professional. He helped me customize the 'Recommended add-ons' widget to fit my store's design perfectly and fixed a currency display issue quickly. The app is great, but the support makes it even better!

Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.

This is a great app! It does what many other cart apps do not, which is to let you customize the cart based on markets. You have a certain free shipping limit in this country and another in that country? No, problem! With the Kaching slide cart you can have it just the way you want. Also, they have excellent customer service. Not only did Domantas fix my issue right away, we discovered a little something something to make the app even better! If I could only use one app in my shop, this would be the one. But I don't, because I have the Kaching bundle app as well which is also great :-D

Had some trouble setting up the widget and customizing the text at first. After contacting support I had a reply within 2 minutes from Deividas who proceeded to do everything for me immediately and exactly how I asked it to be. Best service and widget customization ever!
