This app doesn't work. I installed it, but when I go to open it, the screen is blank. I refreshed a bunch of times.

Good app, but customer service is poor. If you have a question or a problem. They do not respond. You try to find the info yourself. But this app must be designed for shopify. I would like to know where the settings are, and why sometimes there is a problem with sound when exporting. There is no information within this app to troubleshoot
