Booster SEO is a seriously helpful SEO app. Yaci is a great merchant support agent who helped me with store verification as well for my business to make sure that it is treated like a legitimate business. This app has helped a ton in the past bringing my Shopify clothing brand to the top of search results before. It is super simple to use and very helpful in getting your store to the top of search.

Much like other reviewers, I have been using this app for a long time and letting it run in the background thinking everything was working fine. I then checked the reports to see that features like Image optimiser, Image Alt tags, Image Renames have not logged any changes in over a year. I reached out to support, they told me that the app had not been live on the theme but they updated it. Checked bag three days later, still no updates on the features mentioned above. Support assured me it was just the reporting that was broken but I checked image properties like Alt tags and file size and there were no changes made by the app. It looks like they are experiencing issue with their app and customers have been absorbing the cost but not the benefits. Dissappointed and I will be looking on the app store for an alternative.

EJ was awesome for the most recent interaction but every interaction is always great... We’ve been using Booster SEO for almost three years, and it’s been a smooth experience from day one. Their customer service team has always been professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with. In fact, we’ve only needed to reach out about five times in all these years — which says a lot about how well their paid apps work! Everything just runs the way it should since we do use autopilot features. Definitely recommended, and we’ll continue using Booster SEO as long as the quality stays A1. Much better than paying hundreds of dollars a month SEO professionals (which can be a burden for us small businesses). Our pages are on the first-second page of google and moving higher, since we know SEO is not overnight the goal is for performance to get better, but within an appropriate timeframe. Booster SEO has definitely assisted with meeting our SEO goals and keeping our website optimized.
