This is a very good app for producing surveys, albeit lacking in some basic areas and with a few frustrations. The way in which the surveys are presented on page, and the options you have for them, is good. However, when trying to move the order of questions (drag and drops) it is very tempermental and you usually have to try 8-10 times before a question will move to the place you want it to. Also, when you design a survey and test it - the results count towards the Analytics and you can't clear them out prior to launching the survey - that is rather annoying. The app has a huge amount of potential and displays well on both desktop and mobile devices. It would be good to have a few additional question features, such as a slider. The "Content" design tool for pages that don't have questions on them is basic and the layout and formatting of text takes a lot of getting used to, but there is no doubt the developers have come up with a very useful tool that could become a big hit on Shopify with a few tweaks.
