Great app and very good customer service! We were able to make mystery boxes to give to our customers pretty easily and they really loved it.

This app is amazing - I've tried so many bundle apps before, and I love that the product listings can be published to Google Merchant, TikTok and Instagram! Also, the Excel Template feature for setting up a large amount of bundles is extremely helpful!!

Poor bundles app. It absolutely does not work well with other sales channels. When a bundled product is sold, the original order gets cancelled and a new order is created. Due to automatic integrations, the cancellation is also sent to the marketplace. We only found out afterwards—when customers had already received their orders but also got a refund via the marketplace. Very poorly implemented.

This app was exactly what we were looking for to test a Mystery Box promo. It was easy to set up and the Profit Bundles team was very responsive in answering questions and customizing a plan to fit our needs. We encountered a bug at the start of the sale, and they resolved it for us within a few minutes. We will definitely use them again when running this promo. A couple small suggestions on how to approve an already great app: -Would be great to have more logic/rules on how pieces are selected (e.g. select 1 each from a selection of tops, bottoms, jackets). -Be able to select multiple sizes for one box (e.g. S for tops/jackets, M for pants/dresses)

Profit Bundles is a great app we used to create our mystery boxes for our website. Support is really helpful and responsive and the app is easy to use and implement.

Great support from Leena. I experienced a glitch that would not show all my bundles, so what they did was create a new button/function so that I could refresh/refetch all my bundles and it worked perfectly. Lovely experience so far with bundling our products leading to more sales. Haven't explored other functions yet. Thank you Profit Bundles!
