Support is friendly and helpful. The app is good, but adding more customization features would be helpful. Support helped me submit a feature request for bundles not showing the pre-discounted price along with the discounted price.

She was with me from the beginning when I had so called “Shopify experts” building my store that had no idea what they were doing. She’s been with me then until now and always helpful and gracious. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable of the Bundle Builder product. The Bundle Builder product itself is simple to set up, very user friendly with great features. They also have a great on-boarding process to walk you thru so you’re not left alone to figure it out if you’re not quite sure how it works. The price is very reasonable for what you get and the customer service that you receive if you have a question or run into an issue is great. I highly highly recommend. Bundle Builder is the best!

Works mostly well and the support is very good. We use it to make prdouct bundles (present baskets) and the user experience is very good. Also the support even helped Friday evening, so we can run our promotion on the weekend!

I had a problem with my theme and they solved it for me. It works flawlessly and the customer service is 5-star.

App keeps charging customers the wrong price at checkout. Seemingly at random, the app will not charge customers the correct price based on what they selected. And we're unable to recreate the issue on our end to try and resolve it. Support has been very slow to respond.

Customer service is top notch! Natalie and Rhys have been excellent to work with to get the issues resolved with fixing our Bundle. It did not work with discounts and Shop Pay. Turns out it is a Shopify internal issue and we are still waiting on them. Natalie and Rhys also updated our theme and it works and looks so much better than before on our website! Very happy with our experience!

bundle keeps making clones of itself and getting activated on the website. have tried to get in touch with the company but they havent responded either.
