Bucks by Helio are incredible! Their customer support is proactive and super responsive. Within seconds of installing the app, customer agent Smrithi DM'd me asking if she could support me. I accepted, and the integration was fully live on my store and activated for me in less than 60 seconds. Later, I wanted to upgrade to premium and customer agent Aleena supported me. She guided me in upgrading and activating all currencies; she tested it for me too, and everything was live and perfect in less than 2 minutes. Both agents were so sweet too, and I really enjoyed the interactions. Of all the apps I have used on Shopify over the years, Bucks by Helixo surpasses them all in userability and customer support; I am so impressed.
