Installed the app and learned that you can do nothing without paying huge amount of money. Not even with paid subscription can you do anything practical or worth doing. Waste of time

I just got charged $475 what is the meaning of this because someone was "working" on my store and because of the plan he chose and the 7 day trial. Is there anyway I can remove this charge?

AVOID This app is now under investigation by Shopify team, we removed the app recently and downloaded another app for fraction of the money. They have also charged us twice the same month so make sure to report this to Shopify. Good luck in getting your money back!

These changes came without proper notification. When I complained, their response was troubling. They offered to reinstate my original pricing only if I removed this negative review – a clear attempt to manipulate their app ratings. Their latest "solution" asks me to pay double my original price to regain lost features, with a pressure-inducing 24-hour deadline. I'm currently discussing these practices with Shopify, as I believe they violate platform standards. I strongly advise other store owners to be extremely cautious with this app. Read the fine print carefully and be prepared for unexpected service and pricing changes. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this app. There are better alternatives available that respect their users and maintain ethical business practices. What could have been a valuable tool has instead become a prime example of how not to treat customers.

Ripoff alert!...I enrolled in their "Premium" plan but is useless, every feature I want to use push me to another plan and asks for more money. All an expensive bait and switch trap.
