This is a good app for installing breadcrumbs. We needed to find a way to reduce rage clicks when customers had difficulty navigating back to the collection page from product pages. I was sceptical about this App given the few reviews; however, after downloading a couple of other breadcrumbs Apps, which I soon removed due to them being overcomplicated (for my skill level!), I decided to try EZ Add Breadcrumbs because 'easy' was what I was looking for. I'm glad I did! It seemed a little clunky in the beginning, but it was indeed 'easy'. I hit a few snags - but the developer was true to their word and assisted within hours (even making a global change to make breadcrumbs display differently on mobile, which saved me a lot of time).
